Our scope of activities involves Consultancy for obtaining Environmental Clearance for Industry, Residential Complexes, Commercial Complexes, Township, SEZ Projects and Infrastructure Projects from Ministry of Environment and Forest or State Pollution Control Board. We are also giving consultancy for obtaining clearance from different authorities such as Wildlife, CRZ. We are giving consultancy for preparation of Pre and Post Environmental Impact Assessment Study, EIA Report and Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Compliance Reports, Disaster Management Plan (DMP), Risk Assessment (RA) Studies, Environmental Audit Reports (EA), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Feasibility Studies, Treatablity Studies for establishing treatment of wastes, Sustainability and Pollution load carrying capacity study for Industrial Areas, Cleaner Production Study Report.


Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)


An environmental impact assessment (EIA) is an assessment of the possible impact­positive or negative­that a proposed project may have on the environment, together consisting of the natural, social and economic aspects.
The purpose of the assessment is to ensure that decision makers consider the ensuing environmental impacts to decide whether to proceed with the project. The International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA) defines an environmental impact assessment as "the process of identifying, predicting, evaluating and mitigating the biophysical, social, and other relevant effects of development proposals prior to major decisions being taken and commitments made."

After an EIA, the precautionary and polluter pays principles may be applied to prevent, limit, or require strict liability or insurance coverage to a project, based on its likely harms.
